Our leadership team is made up of dedicated Pastoral Staff, Elders, and Trustees who serve together to shepherd The Harbor with integrity and care.
Our Elders provide spiritual oversight and direction for the church, ensuring we remain faithful to God’s Word and His mission. Our Trustees oversee all financial matters with wisdom and transparency. Our Pastoral Staff leads hands-on ministry, caring for our people and advancing the daily work of the church. Together, they model servant leadership as we pursue our calling to be a harbor for all people on Long Island.
